Weil and Cooley Lead On Multi-Billion Transatlantic Pharma Deal

Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Cooley are advising on French pharma giant Sanofi’s acquisition of San Francisco company Principia Biopharma.

The deal, announced on Monday, values Principia at $100 per share, giving the company an equity valuation of $3.68 billion, according to a trading statement released by Sanofi.
