The firm was already discussing a refinancing with Lloyds and HSBC but agreed to a larger facility as a result of COVID-19.

DAC Beachcroft has agreed a £65 million financing facility with Lloyds and HSBC in a deal that will help it expand internationally and weather the COVID-19 storm.
The facility will be used to pursue the top 50 U.K. firm's 2020-2021 growth strategy domestically and overseas, with Europe and Asia particular areas of focus over the next six to nine months, according to a statement.
