Carmaker Mercedes-Benz faces several U.K. class action claims relating to the dieselgate scandal in the latest such actions to come to light in the country in the last few days.
Law firms Fox Williams, Leigh Day and Slater & Gordon are among the firms looking to launch class action claims against the company after German regulator, the Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA), ordered the recall of some of its diesel car models manufactured between 2008 and 2018 after their engines were found to have emissions cheating software.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
