The African law firms Bowmans and Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie (UUBO) have entered into a formal alliance to support clients across the continent.
Bowmans and UUBO have had a "best friend" arrangement for several years, but that will be replaced with the formal alliance as of Sept. 1.
