Gary Senior was fined due to his “extraordinary abuse of position” in relation to an incident which took place with a junior lawyer at the firm, the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) found.
In a judgment published on its website on Friday, the SDT found that Senior “was clearly in a position of authority and responsibility over Person A” and that authority came from the disparity in seniority.
