Norton Rose Fulbright Tokyo Partner Leaves for Top Japanese Firm

Japan’s Nishimura & Asahi has hired a project and asset finance partner from Norton Rose Fulbright.

Adrian Joyce advises Japanese and international lenders on financing energy and infrastructure projects around the world. In recent years, he has advised the Japan Bank for International Cooperation and Nippon Export and Investment Insurance, Japan’s export credit agency*, as lenders on several floating production storage and offloading systems for offshore projects.
