U.K. private hospital group Spire Healthcare has named former Slaughter and May consultant and ex-Herbert Smith Freehills partner Gillian Fairfield as its group general counsel.
Spire operates 39 private hospitals and 8 clinics across England, Wales and Scotland. The group's half-year results showed a 18.2% drop in revenue.
