King & Spalding Poaches Another Workplace Partner From Seyfarth & Shaw
Luke Edwards will split his time between the firm's Singapore and Tokyo offices.

King & Spalding has hired Sydney-based Luke Edwards to join its firm's corporate, finance and investments practice group in Asia, its second poaching from Seyfarth & Shaw in a month.
Edwards, who joins from Seyfarth & Shaw in Sydney, will divide his time between the firm's Singapore and Tokyo offices and will be a core member of the new global human capital and compliance practice. He joined Seyfarth in 2013 from Herbert Smith Freehills. Earlier in his career, he practiced with Linklaters and had another stint with Freehills.
