Clyde & Co has finalised an association deal with local Nairobi firm Kangwana & Co, expanding its presence in East Africa.
It comes two months after the firm announced its intention to expand its African presence with two new bases – one in Kenya and potentially another in Ghana. The new alliance in Kenya complements the firm's three existing Africa offices.
