DLA Piper and Ashurst are advising on the $11.4 billion merger of two Australian miners to form a top 10 global gold producer.
Saracen Mineral Holdings will join with Northern Star Resources Ltd. in a A$16 billion merger of equals, where Northern Star will acquire 100% of the shares in Saracen.
