Reed Smith Opens Review into Handling of Historical Misconduct Allegations

Reed Smith has launched a review into how it handled historical allegations of misconduct in its London office.

Reed Smith Europe and Middle East managing partner Tamara Box said Thursday that the firm is undertaking a review into how it handled allegations of sexual misconduct against former London partner Charlie Elphicke that were reported in The Guardian earlier Thursday.
