U.K. firm Pinsent Masons has been awarded a multi-million pound contract by Highways England to advise on the development of a £1 billion Trans-Pennine road project.
Under the terms of the deal, Pinsents will advise the U.K. road operator on securing development consent orders, akin to planning permissions used for government-designated nationally significant infrastructure projects
