Linklaters has become the latest major law firm to set targets for Black and underrepresented minority ethnic lawyers across its U.K. and U.S. operations, as part of a new wider Race Action Plan.
The firm announced on Thursday that it aims for 15% Black and underrepresented minority ethnic partners by 2025 across both regions.
