Investment bank Credit Suisse has looked internally for its replacement general counsel of investment banking, capital and global markets.

Hong Kong-based Crystal Lalime, who most recently acted as the bank's general counsel of global markets and its U.S. intermediate holding company, will take over the role following the departure of incumbent Natalia Nicolaidis, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.

According to LinkedIn, Nicolaidis has left the bank after 24 years to start her own consultancy firm called Dynamic Counsel. She had been general counsel for investment banking and capital markets since 2015.
