Covington & Burling has hired the former British Ambassador to Morocco to head up its U.K. public policy team from its London office.
Thomas Reilly, who joins the U.S. firm as a senior adviser, served as ambassador for three years since 2017 until October, during which period he led the successful negotiation of the post-Brexit Association Agreement between the U.K. and Morocco, Covington said in a statement.
