Reed Smith has concluded that it did not handle allegations of sexual misconduct against a former London partner properly at the time, following an internal investigation.
The firm launched an internal investigation into how it handled allegations against former London partner Charlie Elphicke, after his alleged conduct was reported in The Guardian in October.
