Royal Courts of Justice High Court Slams SDT Over 'Seriously Flawed' Verdict
The appeal had been brought by the legal regulator over the SDT's decision not to prosecute a solicitor accused of fraud.

A U.K. High Court judge has severely criticised the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal over its handling of a hearing in which a solicitor was accused of fraud.
Lord Justice Sir Nigel Davis said the tribunal's approach to the case and subsequent conclusions "fell into serious error," in a verdict published on Monday.
