CMS has hired a corporate partner in Singapore from DWF which had decided earlier to close its office in the city-state.
Babita Ambekar most recently led DWF's India practice and advises on transactions and corporate compliance and regulatory matters. In addition to India matters, she's also advised on matters in Myanmar and other markets across Asia Pacific.
