Scammers have been targeting law firms with emails and telephone calls pretending to be the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), according to an alert issued by the legal regulator for England and Wales.
At least eight separate email addresses, all purporting to be the SRA have been used to target law firms, including addresses such as s[email protected] and [email protected].
