The landmark judgment in Mastercard v Merricks has been postponed after the death of Justice Lord Kerr, the Supreme Court announced in a statement on Friday.
The judgment was due to be handed down on Friday morning but has been postponed "due to the sad death of Lord Kerr", according to the Supreme Court's website.
