Norton Rose Fulbright 'Rightsizes' Australia Partnership
New Australia managing partner Alison Deitz's aim is to drive up profitability and foster high performance culture.

So far this year, 15 partners have left Norton Rose Fulbright's Australian offices. But according to managing partner Alison Deitz, the departures are all part of the process to make the practice more profitable.
"We are not unhappy with the change in headcount," she said. "I'd describe it as a rightsizing of the partnership, and with that has come increasing profits for our partners."
