Macfarlanes, Osborne Clarke and Dickson Minto have all picked up roles on the £1.1 billion takeover of U.K. broadband group TalkTalk.
The deal will see the U.K.'s fourth largest internet company taken private by asset management firm Toscafund, according to an announcement on the London Stock Exchange on Thursday.
