U.S. firm Curtis Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle in Paris has joined forces with the French corporate boutique Bichot & Associés, adding four partners with Global 200 backgrounds and significant experience in corporate, tax, M&A, and restructuring.
Nicolas Bichot, Patrice Couturier and Matthieu Odet, the founding partners, and Vanina Paolaggi, who joined the firm in 2016, will join Curtis as partners effective January 1.
