China's Han Kun Law Offices has hired a new private equity and mergers and acquisitions partner in Beijing.
Shaolin Luo was most recently general counsel of YunFeng Capital, a Shanghai-based private equity firm cofounded by Alibaba chair Jack Ma. He's advised on public and private cross-border transactions in and out of China.
