The international behemoth continues its European expansion charge with senior hires in Italy and Germany.

Dentons is adding two partners in Milan and Dusseldorf, the firm has announced.
Luca de Menech will join the firm's labor practice in Italy, while Florian-Alexander Wesche joins the energy regulatory practice in Duesseldorf. The additions are intended to strengthen the firm's capability in labor law in reorganisations and e-mobility, the firm said.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
