Mumbai-based Jerome Merchant + Partners has partnered with U.K. legal tech firm StructureFlow to implement a visualization tool to help its clients visualize and collaborate more effectively on legal transactions.
StructureFlow's technology will help Jerome Merchant's lawyers better understand, communicate and collaborate with clients via an interface that visualizes deal structures across the different stages.
