The Hong Kong-based partner, who joined in 2016, is joining a London boutique.

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner global head of family protection has become the latest partner to leave the firm's private client practice.
Partner Marcus Dearle, who had been based in the firm's Hong Kong office, has left BCLP to join family law boutique Miles Preston and Co in London, according to his LinkedIn profile and a person with knowledge of the situation.
He had joined legacy Berwin Leighton Paisner in 2016. Highly ranked by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, he specialises in advising high and ultra high net worth individuals, families and trustees on all aspects of relationship breakdown.
Dearle is the most recent leaver in a slew of exits from the firm's global private client offering.
Several people have left its London-based private client and family teams since 2018.
Earlier in January, Taylor Wessing hired another 11 lawyers from the firm, after it picked up two prominent private wealth partners, Damian Bloom and Simon Phelps, in late 2020.
Before that, other major exits from the team in 2020 included partner duo Martin Paisner CBE and Murray North; tax and private client partner Paul Whitehead; and BCLP head of private client litigation Rupert Ticehurst.
BCLP and Dearle did not respond to requests for comment.
