Former HSF Paralegal Banned For Falsifying Overtime
The former disputes paralegal submitted claim forms using the initials of a former manager.

A former paralegal at Herbert Smith Freehills has been barred from the legal industry after she was found to have falsified overtime claim forms that she submitted to the firm.
Catherine Hunt, who was employed by HSF until the start of January 2019, made nine separate overtime claims to the firm using the initials of her former manager, according to a decision notice published by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
