U.K. firm Lewis Silkin has hired a new partner in Hong Kong to launch an intellectual property practice in the office.
David Swain joins the firm from local firm Deacons, where he was a senior associate. Prior to that, he was at Simmons & Simmons. He has experience in advising clients on IP issues arising from corporate transactions, particularly in the media and entertainment, technology and life sciences sectors.
