The departure goes against the tide of recent hires by Squire to its Paris office.

French firm Fidal has recruited a veteran labor partner from Squire Patton Boggs, part of a bid by Fidal to develop its multidisciplinary employment law offering for foreign companies in France.
Ludovic Roche's specialty is labor advice and litigation on behalf of clients from English-speaking countries on individual or collective strategic, sensitive or complex cases, according to a release by Fidal.
