U.K. firm Pennington Manches Cooper has hired its first corporate partner for the Singapore office.
Nick Dingemans joins Pennington Manches from Watson Farley & Williams, where he was a partner in the oil & gas practice. Dingemans advises on M&A, joint ventures and broader commercial matters with a particular focus on energy, natural resources, commodities, technology and financial services sectors.
