The U.K.’s Court of Appeal has granted permission for online delivery service Ocado to pursue a claim against former London Jones Day partner for contempt after it was alleged he destroyed evidence.
Ex-partner Raymond McKeeve will face Ocado once more in a dispute that has run for around 18 months, about the alleged destruction of evidence regarding a dispute between Ocado and McKeeve’s client, Today Development Partners (TDP).
