Paul Hastings has bolstered its securities and capital markets practice in South Korea.
Iksoo Kim joins from Greenberg Traurig where he had been a shareholder in the Seoul office for four years. A former investment banker at Lehman Brothers, Kim began his legal career as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
