CMS Singapore Alliance Hires Clifford Chance Counsel as Banking Head

CMS Holborn Asia, the Singapore formal law alliance unit of U.K. firm CMS, has brought on Daniel Tan as director to head up its banking and finance practice.
Tan joins CMS from Clifford Chance, where he was counsel and had practiced for 15 years.
