Davis Polk has added a capital markets partner to bolster its Hong Kong listings capabilities.
Jason Xu previously served as the deputy head of equity capital markets in China at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He joined the U.K. firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2017. Based in Beijing, Xu will remain in the capital city in his new role.
