Clifford Chance has strengthened its disputes practice in Hong Kong with the hire of two partners.
Soo Khim Keoy joins from Withers where he led the firm's Hong Kong litigation practice. He is qualified in Hong Kong, England and Wales, and Singapore, and was previously a partner at Baker McKenzie for more than a decade.
