Squire Patton Boggs has hired construction partner Brent Henderson from DWF in what is likely to be the first in a wave of departures from the London-listed law firm after it announced plans to scale back in Australia.
DWF is to shed 14 principal lawyers, or partners, after announcing it will discontinue legal advisory services in Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle and leave only four principal lawyers in Australia.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
