As part of our ongoing coverage kickstarted by International Women’s Day on Monday, Law.com International recently caught up with several of Hogan Lovells female leaders to discuss their experiences and share their advice to the younger generations of lawyers.

The firm recently elected its first female solo chair, Paris-based Marie-Aimée de Dampierre, but also has a long history of U.K. based women leaders. The firm’s current global diversity, inclusion and responsible business managing partner, Susan Bright, previously led the firm’s U.K. and Africa arms for seven years, until December 2020. Before that, she also led the legacy Lovells’ competition practice.
