Linklaters has added two partners in Hong Kong to strengthen its private equity and leveraged finance capabilities in Asia.
M&A partner Xiaoxi Lin joins from Kirkland & Ellis, where he was a partner advising on private equity deals and public takeovers, with a focus on U.S. transactions. Prior to joining Kirkland in 2015, he was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell for six years.
