Goodwin Procter has hired another partner from Kirkland & Ellis in London, its second hire from its U.S. rival's ranks in two weeks.
Goodwin is bringing on board leveraged finance partner Hugh O'Sullivan, who will join the firm's private equity practice. O'Sullivan has been a partner at Kirkland since 2016, when he joined the firm from Latham & Watkins where he had been an associate.
