Shearman Adds EMEA M&A Co-Head With Travers Smith Partner Addition

Another practice leader at Travers Smith has left the firm to join a U.S. rival.

Travers corporate M&A and equity capital markets head Phil Cheveley has joined Shearman & Sterling as a partner in the firm’s London office, a Shearman statement said on Wednesday.
