A host of senior lawyers have been appointed to a government task force aimed at boosting socio-economic diversity in the upper ranks of the U.K. financial and professional services industries.
The taskforce, which was co-launched by the U.K. Treasury and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and is run by City of London Corporation, seeks to challenge the lack of career progression for those coming from non-professional backgrounds.
