BPP is being sold to TDR capital, in a shake up of one of U.K.'s biggest professional education players.

Kirkland & Ellis' London private equity team is advising on a slew of private equity mandates, including the recently announced sale of professional education provider BPP to TDR capital.
The U.S. firm's London office is advising on three deals worth around $5.75 billion currently, according to two people with knowledge of the matters, including acting for TDR on its investment into BPP.
