NatWest’s legal team will undertake a “lessons learned” exercise following its latest panel refresh, which will feed into the company’s future reviews.
The review, which took place in December 2020, placed great emphasis on asking how its pitching firms tackle diversity issues within their ranks, according to Suzanne Rodway, general counsel for legal, governance and regulatory affairs services at NatWest Group.
