US Court Affirms Dismissal of Suit Alleging UK Bank Aided Terrorism
A unanimous three-judge panel of the Manhattan-based appeals court held that a British bank did not know, when it provided banking services to a charitable organization, that it was potentially aiding "violent or life-endangering" acts in violation of U.S. counter-terrorism laws.
