A timetable for the upcoming trial between the Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation (ENRC), the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and Dechert has been agreed, with a number of high profiles witnesses set to be cross-examined.
The highly-anticipated trial, which is expected to rack up costs of around £40 million for Dechert, is set to begin on May 24 with a week of opening submissions before moving on to cross-examinations from June 7 until August 4 in London's Commercial Court, according to several people close to the matter.
