The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is continuing its investigation into Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer partner Caroline Stroud, according to two people with knowledge of the matter.
The investigation relates to Freshfields’ review, led by Stroud, into how UBS dealt with a rape complaint in 2018.
