Linklaters has appointed a new board representative for the Americas in its latest shake-up of the group.
New York banking partner Danelle Le Cren will take on the role for an initial three-year term, a spokesperson for the firm said on Thursday.
The new appointment means that women make up 42% of the firm's partnership board, and comes just days after the election of the firm's first female senior partner.
