Just months after a defeat to Apple, the EU's digital commissioner Margrethe Vestager has fallen again to Big Tech in Europe's top court, this time to Amazon. However, the decision was somewhat tempered by a favourable decision in a second case involving French utilities giant Engie.
Several international law firms are involved in both processes.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
