The U.K., France, China, Russia and Germany recently began talks to bring the U.S. back into the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) or "Iran nuclear deal." The U.S. has indicated that it is prepared to re-embrace the JCPOA, including lifting sanctions that are inconsistent with the deal.
